Cancellation Policy To respect the time of our service providers and other clients, the following policies are in place: • Late Arrivals: If you arrive 15 minutes or more past your scheduled appointment time, we kindly ask that you reschedule to ensure proper service quality. • Cancellations Within 24 Hours: Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a charge of 50% of the service fee. This amount can be applied to a rescheduled appointment if booked within 14 days of the original appointment. • No-Shows or Late Cancellations (After the 24-Hour Window): Failure to cancel before the 24-hour window or not showing up for your appointment will result in a charge for the full service amount.
